Relocation of Australia Post to new Wanneroo Shopping Centre

Following numerous complaints about the existing Australia Post Office facilities at the old Wanneroo Shopping Centre Luke Simpkins MP says its time for a change:

“The current location is entirely inappropriate for the elderly and those with disabilities. There is not enough parking and the parking area that exists is sub-standard."

Mr SIMPKINS (Cowan) (7.39 p.m.)—My purpose in speaking tonight is to bring to the attention of the House inappropriate advertising in the media. On this occasion I will speak specifically on the problems of sexual advertising on the radio, and the problems that these advertisements bring to our society. I am unashamedly a regular church-going man, attending the Warwick Church of Christ, but tonight I speak only from the perspective I have as a father of young children. I worry about the safety of children and I worry about the sexualisation of children caused by exposure to inappropriate advertising.
